Willerby Canterbury 2 Bed En-Suite Caravan

This caravan is sited at West Down Farm, Sandy Bay, Exmouth, Devon. A small, very quiet private park on Devon's glorious coast and just two miles from Exmouth town centre. The caravan faces South West with lovely sea views along the coast to the Exe Estuary. The ideal location for a relaxing holiday.

There is a launderette and BT Payphone on the site. There is also a regular bus service that runs into Exmouth and the park is within easy walking distance of the sea, local shops / post office, church and public house.

Exmouth is an ideal centre for touring the South West with the M5 motorway, Dartmoor and Exmoor all within easy reach. West Down Farm itself is well situated for those wishing to explore the coastal footpath, the Exe Valley and the area of lowland heath known as Woodbury Common. The East Devon area attracts high numbers of birdwatchers, anglers and photographers each year in addition to the many families who head for the sandy beach.

The caravan is a Willerby Canterbury 37 x 12 ft 2 bed. Very well maintained and in excellent order throughout, with double glazing and panel heating. Lounge separate dining area with patio doors and a glourious sea view. The front room has a Colour TV, DVD, Freeview, CD Hi-Fi System and gas fire. There is ample seating with large double pull-out bed under the settee and a separate dining area. French windows lead on to the veranda.

There is a glorious sea view from the balcony which has patio furniture for you to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of this lovely well kept site.

This caravan has its own parking space.

En-Suite

The main bedroom has a double bed with fitted mirror fronted double wardrobe, dressing table and cupboards, en-suite w.c. and wash basin. The other bedroom has twin beds (that can be pushed together to make a double) and wardrobe. All bedrooms have heating.

The kitchen is well fitted with may extras. It has a large fridge, microwave, cooker, iron and ironing board and other usual kitchen equipment.

There is also an electric Hoover.

The bathroom has a large shower cubical with a plug that allows the bottom to turn into a small bath. There is also a wash basin with a glass cabinet, toilet and hand wash basin.
